This article explains how to export project session data from the Manager.
Contact support via Zendesk if you want to enable this feature for your account.
- Open the Evolv AI Manager and go to the Projects page for your organization.
- Select the production environment from the drop-down.
- Click the download link under the projects table to export the session data.
- The last 90 days' worth of data is exported for every project in the environment.
- The last 90 days' worth of data is exported for every project in the environment.
- You can also export data from a single project by going to the Overview page and scrolling down until you find the export link.
