An A/B Test runs all your experimentation ideas individually against Control. You can decide what percentage of sessions a particular idea should be allocated.

Steps to change traffic allocation
- Open the Evolv AI Manager and create a new A/B Test project or open an existing one.
- Go to the Draft tab.
- Click on the Variants option in the side navigation.
- Click on the Variable containing the variant you want to change the allocation.
- Click to edit the variant.
- Scroll down, select the Allocation drop-down and change the option to "Manual."
- Enter the desired percentage of overall sessions you want the variant to see.
- Each variant, including Control, requires at least 1% traffic. The total allocation cannot exceed 100%.

- Click the tick icon to accept the amount, and press SAVE at the top of the panel.
- Move your changes live to start the project.
You can only change the variant allocation before a project goes live. Allocation is fixed for the duration of the project version. If you want to change the allocation, stop the project first, then change the allocation and move to live.
