Why archive a project?
Archiving a project is a way to keep your project list more manageable by removing inactive projects you no longer need to access regularly.
Archiving does not delete a project. It marks the project as "archived," making it accessible via the project list filter.
Steps to archive a project
- In the Projects listing, click on the three dots button at the far right of the project you want to archive, and select the Edit Project Settings option.
- In the PROJECT SETTINGS panel, click the Archive Project box and SAVE.
- The project is now archived. It will no longer appear in the projects list by default.
If the Archive Project option is disabled, the project is still running in at least one environment.
A project must be stopped in all environments before it can be archived.
How to view an archived project
Use the project filter to view all archived projects.
- Click the Filters dropdown and select the Archived option.
- Only archived projects will appear in the list.
- Only archived projects will appear in the list.
- Remove or change the filter to view other projects.
